Fraud Prevention Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the detection, prevention, and mitigation of fraudulent transactions. Develops cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring. Being a Fraud Prevention Manager approves and implements recommendations for process and procedure improvements. Reviews and implements best practices in the fraud prevention industry. Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Manager

  • Oversees implementation and ongoing compliance with the interim final rule on UC Sexual Harassment standards within the UC program. Manages implementation and ongoing compliance with ORR policies and procedure related to sexual abuse and harassment. This position manages quality assurance for child welfare and compliance with federal standards.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain various information management systems to meet essential functions of the position
    • Assist treatment teams in the completion of all SA/SIRs in compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) policy
    • Assess the performance and compliance of UC program
    • Ensure timely and accurate response to stakeholders with all data requests
    • Collect and review data from incident reports in a timely manner, use data to create reports to highlighting trends and risk factors
    • Maintain and submit required monthly ORR spreadsheets
    • Create and submit ORR and PREA quarterly audit reports
    • Visit residential program to prepare for ORR monitoring and audit evaluations
    • Communicate relevant policy updates to national provider UC site.
    • Collect policy call notes to send to the UC National Quality Assurance team on a regular basis
    • Respond to policy questions and data inquiries from staff and stakeholders
    • Complete and review client exit surveys in client’s native language
    • Complete post reunification follow-up calls (Safety and Well-Being calls) with UC sponsors, ensuring completion of ORR spreadsheet as well as the standardized follow-up call survey
    • Complete required PSA trainings and ensure all staff are up to date in accordance with agency and contract requirements
    • Assist with document language translation for agency procedures and practices related to preventing sexual maltreatment for UC youth in care
    • Maintain all reporting distribution lists specific to the needs of the site
    • Regularly audit physical files to ensure compliance with policy
    • Responsible for timely Quality Assurance compliance as related to employee’s roles and functions.
    • Always observe professional confidentiality: protect the rights of residents and their families and abide within the guidelines of the agency Confidentiality Policy.
    • Other duties as assigned coordinated

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
    • At least one year of experience working with child disciplinary standards, best practices, or quality assurance/ compliance.
    • Prior experience working with an interdisciplinary team in a residential treatment setting preferred, prior experience developing and evaluating treatment programs also preferred.
    • Working knowledge of basic computer programs.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all areas of the Organization.
    • Proven ability to be a client advocate and experience with person-centered planning.
    • Track record of high performance and quality work ethic.
    • Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services and agreement with the goal, purpose, and objectives of the agency.
    • Bi-lingual English and Spanish strongly preferred

    HOURS OF WORK: Full-time, 40 hours/week
