Front Desk Clerk, Sr. - Casino jobs in Battle Creek, MI

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
• Be attentive, friendly, demonstrating a commitment to guest services in every guest interaction
• Following proper reservation standards to effectively assist guest in making, changing, or cancelling reservations as needed at the front desk, as well as check in and check out procedures.
• Respond to all guest requests, problems, complaints, and/or accidents presented through the front desk, comment cards, letters and/or phone calls in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.
• Review all daily financials and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintaining a clean and professional work space, as well as personal hygiene and uniform adherence.
• Maintaining all daily logs and paperwork required by internal controls and standard operating procedures including balancing shift work. Run end of shift report and balance receipts accordingly.

High School Diploma or GED required. One to two year Hotel front desk experience preferred but not required. Openings available for all shifts. Benefits available with full time position. 3rd shift includes shift premium.
