Front desk/receptionist knowledge is required: scheduling appointments, collecting payments, experience multi-line, assisting mental health clients, efficient multi-tasking, friendly, and bilingual helpful.
A minimum of one year experience working with the public. Good organization, computer and communication skills essential. Ability to relate well with staff, people receiving services and general public. Must be able to work in a professional and confidential manner.
