What you will do as a Front Desk Clerk :

• Ensure that room rates are correct and corresponds with rate plan and group code.
• Ensure all procedures are followed when checking guests into and out of The Inn at Turning Stone and Sandstone Hollow Inn.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of LMS Property Management System. Processes guest transactions with minimal error.
• Promptly answers telephone calls to the Sandstone Hollow Inn and The Inn at Turning Stone Front Desk and conducts reservations accordingly.
• Effectively answers any guest questions.
• Ensures guests always receive correct key upon check-in. Ensures all keys given are accounted for upon check out.
• Properly cashes out at the end of shift, ensuring that all monies balance to the cashier transaction reports.
• Effectively maintains breakfast area and performs various duties when required.

To be successful as a Front Desk Clerk, you'll need :

• Must have a High School diploma or Equivalency.
• Must have experience in a guest contact position.
• Must have hotel and cashiering experience.
• Excellent communication and computer skills required.
