Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage the company's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Hire, Train, Support and Manage Guest Service Associates
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Be proficient in IHG Standards and Training Guidelines
- Be Punctual and Responsible. Have a flexible availability.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- A Minimum of 3 years of Previous Holiday Inn experience in a management role. (Required)
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
