Position Summary
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for the overall management of the front desk reception area as well as fulfilling the duties therein; coordinates front desk staff schedules and trains student staff; delivers exceptional customer service to students, parents, faculty, and staff; and provides essential day-to-day administrative support for the Financial Aid and Veteran Services Office.
