    JOB DUTIES:


    Position Summary


    The Front Desk Manager is responsible for the overall management of the front desk reception area as well as fulfilling the duties therein; coordinates front desk staff schedules and trains student staff; delivers exceptional customer service to students, parents, faculty, and staff; and provides essential day-to-day administrative support for the Financial Aid and Veteran Services Office.


    QUALIFICATIONS:


    Required Qualifications


    • High School Diploma
    • Proven success in the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication
    • Effective organizational and time management skills


    Preferred Qualifications


    • 1 years of student financial aid experience
    • Experience effectively training and supervising employees
    • Experience with Oracle Campus Solutions PeopleSoft financial aid module
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to effectively apply technology to tasks and projects

    This is an on-going University Staff position, non-exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is required to serve a six-month probation period.
