Front Desk Manager - Casino manages front desk personnel for a casino and ensures quality customer service. Oversees the daily service operations for hotel rooms and the execution of contracts, deposits, and billing. Being a Front Desk Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Front Office Manager. The Front Desk Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for the successful operation and administration of all front office departments. The ideal candidate will have a combination of education, and training/experience that provides the required skills such as hiring staff, writing schedules, performing mathematical computations and maintaining proper security of all cash funds. Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position, relative franchise experience a plus. Knowledge of front desk procedures and protocol. Exceptional communication skills.
