Front Desk Manager - Casino manages front desk personnel for a casino and ensures quality customer service. Oversees the daily service operations for hotel rooms and the execution of contracts, deposits, and billing. Being a Front Desk Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Front Office Manager. The Front Desk Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Sales reps are expected to meet monthly quotas and be productive within 30 days of starting. Great sales reps must be able to quickly identify potential member’s needs and use solution-selling techniques to close the sale.
They must be able to present the customer a solution to their specific needs using the services offered by the club. This is a competitive sales position, with the clear objective of always meeting quota and constant improvement.
Cooperation in a team environment is also essential.
Pay is hourly plus commissions!
