Days Inn by Wyndham in Enterprise is looking for friendly, hard working people to join our team. Shifts are
11pm - 7am(third shift) and 3pm-11pm(second shift) along with 7am-3pm(first shift) on weekends.
Preferable to have experience in hotel business. On the job training is available. Able to work
independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work a flexible/rotating schedule; including working all
required evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to assist guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive,
professional and friendly manner. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and
amenities. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
● Maintain a professional appearance and adheres to the company’s dress code at all times.
● As a representative of Days Inn by Wyndham, demonstrates integrity and honesty in all
interactions with guests and staff. Safe guards confidential information and cash/ credit card
information.
● Answer phones and guest questions in a professional manner.
● Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
● Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
● Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
● Manage online and phone reservations.
● Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
● Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints; alert the appropriate manager to
potential issues as needed.
● Promote, answer questions about, and enroll guests in Wyndham Rewards program.
● To maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, bathroom, and breakfast area.
