Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front desk clerk. exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records, managing reservations.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
