desk chair workspace is continuing to grow and as we get more and more businesses in our facility, we are needing extra hours and assistance in maintaining the building and supporting our community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the front of the building

{welcoming guests, assist in member services, help with directing people to members in the building}

• Assist in maintaining the building {checking restrooms for toilet paper, paper towels, and tampons, watering plants, kitchen station, printing station, etc.}

• Assist in maintaining the conference rooms

{wiping down tables, adjusting chairs, stocking glassware, cleaning supplies}

• Assist in inventory management {letting Jessie know when we need to order supplies}

• Assist in managing the calendar on Nexudus, and google for open communication for all members on staff

Requirements

• Semi-flexible schedule {minimum of 2 shifts a week dedicated to this position}

• Reliable transportation

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

• Possess a hospitality background *required

• Proficient in Microsoft programs, preferred not required.

• Possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential.

• Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable.

• Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
