- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Assist with guest relations activities, including resolving conflicts and providing recommendations for local attractions

- Previous experience working in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest services
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
