Join our TAEKWONDO school as an Assistant Front Desk Manager.

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can help us reach new heights. Here’s what you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

• Assist students & parents before/after the classes
• Follow up with prospects and assist them in booking a trial
• Work with the teaching team to assist in classes as needed
• Keep accurate reports and records for sales
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Manager
• Help with promotional events or birthday parties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be available for full-time or part-time afternoon and evening work Monday through Saturday(3p-8p)
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service(preferred)
• Knowledge of martial arts or fitness programs and sales is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass all state background checks

Perk:

Starting $15/hour incentive

Must available from 3 pm - 8 pm(Mon - Fri) & 9 am - 1 pm(Sat)

Flexible working schedule(at least 15 hours/week)

Martial arts scholarship for the employee or another family member

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
