Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple team members
- Coordinate and assist with various projects and events
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide accurate information to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Excellent calendar management skills to ensure efficient scheduling
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or medical receptionist is advantageous
