Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a small business in Hoboken, NJ. We provide exceptional massage and facial services to the local community. We have an amazing clientele, majority being members of our Spa. We are looking for someone to manage our membership base, provide exceptional customer service as well as be a leader in our sales team.

```Duties:```
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing members in a Spa Environment
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close membership sales
- Manage membership agreements and contracts with potential members
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective membership marketing campaigns
- Manage a team of membership sales representatives and provide leadership and guidance
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to membership acquisition and retention

```Qualifications:```
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in managing a team or leading projects
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential members
