Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office or similar setting, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Provide customer support by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies and managing inventory

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar setting is preferred
- Proven experience in front desk reception or customer service roles
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
