Front Desk Manager - Casino manages front desk personnel for a casino and ensures quality customer service. Oversees the daily service operations for hotel rooms and the execution of contracts, deposits, and billing. Being a Front Desk Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Front Office Manager. The Front Desk Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.
