Responsibilities:
-Overlook all employees during your shift
- Understand and know how to operate the POS System
- Provide quality customer service to all patrons
- Be prepared to help with customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Assist with each area of the facility (Front Desk, Snack Bar, Skate Rental, Cleaning)
- Be able to open or close the building
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or management is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling payment systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
