Front Desk Manager - Casino manages front desk personnel for a casino and ensures quality customer service. Oversees the daily service operations for hotel rooms and the execution of contracts, deposits, and billing. Being a Front Desk Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Front Office Manager. The Front Desk Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. This unique position is a combination of the roles of Front Desk Coordinator and Pet Parent Relationship Manager.
The individual hired for this position must be able to multitask, be outgoing, organized, and efficient.
Experience with dogs is not required, but willingness to handle dogs of all sizes and complete the Dogtopia trainings for safe handling is required.
This position has potential for promotion to management.

This is a full time position.
Some weekends and holidays are required. You would not work every weekend or holiday. Most shifts are Monday through Friday.
