Job Responsibilities:

• Act as Manager On Duty.
• Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Check-in and out guests, make and cancel reservations, answer telephones, handle guest complaints and requests,
• Assist in supervising the front desk functions, ensure staff is properly trained including service expectations, hotel facilities and services, local directions and attractions.
• Assist revenue management with the implementation and execution of programs to ensure that the hotel’s room occupancy and Average Daily Rate objectives are met.
• Monitors daily status of rooms, rates, discount rates and packages
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, housekeeping and associated functions along with creating schedules.
• Monitor staff performance
• Assist Front Desk Associate with drops/bank to ensure they balance at the end of shift.
• Must have open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Must have hotel experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
