**Job Summary:** We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services - Manage reservations and cancellations using the hotel's booking system - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed - Assist with guest requests such as booking tours, transportation, or dining reservations - Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in guest relations, front desk operations, or customer service preferred - Proficiency in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette - Knowledge of hospitality management practices is a plus - Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where you can showcase your customer service skills and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
