We are looking for a full time Front Desk Manager to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, providing information our services, and handling any customer inquiries or complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with information about our services.
• Answer phone calls and take messages.
• Process appointments and payments.
• Keep records of guest information.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
• Educate guest on memberships and packages
• Meet monthly sales goals and objectives including client satisfaction and positive reviews
• Manage inventory and ordering of products and supplies
• Manage scheduling for the team
• Must be a go getter with a desire to provide amazing hospitality to our guests

There is an opportunity for future growth into a general manager position for the well qualified candidate with a proven track record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
