As the Front Desk Manager, you play a pivotal role in advancing our organizational priorities and goals, centered around providing top-notch healthcare services tailored to men's unique needs. Your responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, managing new patient interactions, scheduling appointments, overseeing billing processes (please note: we do not accept insurance), and dispatching online orders efficiently.
