Brand Dental is searching for an assistant front desk manager to join our awesome team! Our goal is to deliver the highest level of dental care to the residents of Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are located on Market Street in Kingston, PA in state-of-the-art facility. The main responsibilities of the Assistant Front Desk Manager are working the check-out position in a dental office setting and overseeing the overall success of our front desk. Your role includes (but is not limited to) answering phone calls in a timely manner, check-in/out patients, schedule new and existing patients, taking co-pays, verifying insurance and various other front desk duties. The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent computer skills, ability to multi-task in high volume situations, prior dental knowledge is preferred but not required for an applicant with the right attitude, flexibility, and have an overall positive/friendly attitude. We are looking for a highly enthusiastic candidate who is willing to learn and grow within their position and with the company!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
