Front Desk Manager jobs in York, PA

Responsibilities:

-Be punctual, organized, professional, and have strong leadership skills.
- Stand at front desk and greet all customers when entering and exiting the building
- Assist with ensuring the lessons run smoothly and staff is following curriculum
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling classes, answering phone calls, utilizing the computer, and inventory while at front desk
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
-Have previous customer service and/or sales experience.
-Enjoy working with children of all ages, be eager to learn and self-motivates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Swim experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
