As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will guide a team of concierge ambassadors to ensure outstanding guest service experiences are being delivered to our residents, guests and prospects. Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with residents and property management
• Lead by example
• Fill in whenever there is need in case of call offs and emergencies
• Ensure property is properly staffed with concierge staff and coordinate schedules
• Maintain an excellent relationship with all residents, visitors, and prospects by adhering to our standards
• Work with property management office staff to ensure clear communication and collaborative team environment with the Concierge Team
• Train and on-board all new concierge ambassadors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $40,900.00 per year

• Baltimore, MD 21231: Relocate before starting work (Required)
