enVision Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who will be responsible for working closely with the Front Desk Manager and General Manager to oversee all areas of operation relating to the guest experience, all systems and control aspects of the front office, and the training, development, and continued success of all front office associates. Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):maintaining a high-quality service to guests, potential guests, and fellow team members, design and implement systems to provide a unique guest experience that aligns with hotel brand and mission, ensure the front office is maximizing revenue opportunities and achieving budgeted operating results, manage the departmental budget in a fiscally responsible manner, weekly departmental scheduling and forecasting, usage of all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to front office team, promote a cooperative work climate maximizing productivity and morale, familiarization with the hotel computer system and hotel operations for training, maintenance, and troubleshooting, adhere to all systems and controls of the front office and hotel, model the highest possible example of conduct, temperament, attendance, punctuality, and standards of work, maintain effective communication with guests, potential guests, co-workers, and other departments, effective problem resolution with guest interaction, feedback, and hotel operations, familiarization of all department functionalities, perform any other reasonable duties as required by management, familiarization of emergency procedures, familiarization of safety and security procedures.
