```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and check-in patients in a warm and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls, return messages, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient claims and billing inquires
- Maintain accurate records and process payments
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed

```Skills:```
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Bilingual is preferred.
- Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus!
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with practice management software
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
