Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Manager. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient front desk operations. This is a key leadership role within our hotel, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing outstanding service.

Duties:

- OnQ experience is necessary.
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest services, and reservations
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Manage the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback from guests
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff

Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Experience working in a hospitality or front desk role
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
