Front Desk Manager

Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback from guests.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for guests.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and phone systems.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
