We are seeking an friendly and helpful Front Desk Agent to be apart of our team! No hotel experience necessary. We are more than happy to train someone who is a helpful, friendly, responsible, outgoing, and a GO-GETTER!

The Casablanca and Bay Front Inn are Independent Historic Boutique Hotels who prides itself in being a fun, friendly place to work and is known for going above and beyond for our guests.

The Day to Day (include, but not limited to):

• Provide exceptional customer service by- being ready, willing, and happy to go above and beyond to exceed our guests' expectations
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues/conflicts in person or via messaging, email and/or telephone calls.
• Manage Check-ins by greeting guests, provide tours and detailed information about the property.
• Manage Check-outs by asking guests about their stay, process check-out, communicate any pending details to management and ensure a neat and organized lobby.
• Ensure a clean and organized workplace always.
