```Duties``` - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
