JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for attending to the needs of guests, especially during check-in and check out. Maintaining day-to-day paperwork, including balancing revenue and expense transactions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide information to guests about hotel information, services and amenities.
* Respond to requests from guests for assistance (ex. Ironing boards).
* Communicate with housekeepers regarding room status and room availability.
* Communicate with maintenance of problem areas.
* Maintain daily logs/ paperwork. (e.g. bus ticket distribution, bus schedules)
* Cash handling to include balancing drawer at end of shift.
* Handle gift shop, cigarette, and gift certificate and medicine transactions.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables including guest complaints.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
Must be able to obtain a valid State of Colorado Gaming License.
