We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. Your role will involve various administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests, assign rooms, and issue room keys
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle guest inquiries
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computerized reservation systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
