Front Office Manager Assistant - Casino jobs in Chattanooga, TN

Front Office/Ophthalmic Assistant needed for a small, fast paced, busy Optometric practice. The ideal candidate for the position should possess core skills such as, but not limited to :

- Front office administration tasks, multi-line phone systems. and scheduling appointments, insurance authorizations, invoicing, filing etc.

- Knowledge in bookkeeping, filing and insurance processing preferred.

- QuickBooks experience is also preferred and would be beneficial.

- You will also be cross-trained for the some of the duties the Ophthalmic Assistant is responsible for. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, patient case history and pre-testing (AR & NCT instruments) and eye chart.

- Job is very detailed oriented. The ability to multi-task is crucial.

-The position will require availability to work between 28-34 hours per week (part-time), Monday through Thursday. 1-2 Fridays per year. You will be OFF every Saturday and Sunday.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
