About the JobWe are seeking a responsible, personable, organized individual with excellent attention to detail who works well on assignments with multiple team members.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
- Answering multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages.
- Manage client sign-in sheets.
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
- Handle filing and data entry as requested.
- Scheduling patients as needed or requested.
- Assist clinical staff with admin duties.
- Supply management and correspondence.
- Ensures the effectiveness of the clinic operations and maintains a professional appearance and environment.
- Assist with new patient referrals.
Desired Skills:- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to patients, visitors, staff and external customers.
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality.
- Medical terminology. (preferred but not required)
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills: MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
