Responsibilities – Office Manager Assistant:

Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings

Assist in maintaining office procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards

Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers, vendors, and team members
-
Maintain accurate records and files, including invoices, purchase orders, and other essential documents
-
Assist in inventory management, including ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications – Office Manager Assistant:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Prior experience in an administrative role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
