Tri-Area Community Health (https://triareahealth.org/) is a Federally Qualified Health Center with locations in Ferrum, Floyd, Laurel Fork, Troutdale, and a new location to open in Fries, VA. We are currently seeking a front office assistant to join our front office team. This position will float between our offices. This full-time position requires a high school diploma and one year of receptionist experience is preferred. The applicant should possess basic knowledge of medical terminology, proficient typing skills, and basic computer literacy, interpersonal and communication skills. Some lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and stooping will be involved. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision, and have excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
