Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Williston ND. As the Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk and guest services. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

- Oversee the check-in and check-out process, including resolving any guest issues or concerns.

- Ensure compliance with IHG standards for member enrollment and recognition, including providing personalized service to IHG Rewards Club members.

- Train and develop front desk staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and hospitality.

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

- Focus on improving the social reputation of the hotel by encouraging guests to leave positive reviews and feedback.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel management or front office operations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve guest issues effectively.

- Familiarity with IHG standards and procedures preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
