As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional costumer experiences. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all front desk staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for costumers
- Handle costumer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, accounting and costumer records
- Coordinate with mechanic, shop manager, and tires sales employee to ensure all operations are flowing smoothly
- Implement and enforce shop policies and procedures to ensure a safe, welcoming, and proffessional environment for costumers and staff
- Conduct regular audits of front desk operations to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in auto repair shop management or front desk operations is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus
