Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of front desk including checking patients in, checking patients out, scheduling appointments, processing payments, etc.
• Manage day-to-day sales and ensure that all sales transactions are completed within the allotted time frame.
• Manage day-to-day patient treatment schedule including patient charts.
• Assist with patient treatment requests, as needed.
• Assist with insurance verification, billing and collections.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with other staff members and management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
