    Front Desk Management - This position will have direct oversight of the Front Desk department, with the FD Supervisor reporting to the Ops Manager. Lead the FD team to be fully trained, communicate, and provide the highest level of customer service.
    Guest Experience - Work with department managers and lead team members to providing an exceptional guest experience. This position will take ownership of our hotel's GSS scores and goals, ensuring that all team members understand the metrics, are reading guest feedback, and are committed to a great guest experience.
    Food & Beverage Management - This position will have significant involvement in Food & Beverage operations, including Breakfast, Dinner, Bar, and Banquets. Revenue Generation, Profit Control, Labor Management, Training, Inventory Controls, etc. Strong F&B experience is extremely helpful.
    Team Culture - Assist GM to create a unique Team-First culture that hires, develops, and retains top talent through communication, coaching, development, respect, fair wages, and fun! We want to be the hotel that everybody wants to work at, and the people that they want to work with.
    Hotel Operations - Assist AGM, Department managers and team members to efficient, organized, and seamless hotel operations. Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize performance Required Skills and Qualifications Competencies/Skills Required: 2 years of progressive service industry management experience required. Must be able to manage multiple hotel and corporate priorities in a fast paced environment. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels within and outside the organization and have the ability to effectively problem solve with all. Must possess strong leadership skills.

    Hilton management experience is ideal.
