We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. - Assist with medical record management, including scanning, filing, and retrieval
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, faxing, and mailing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using office software systems (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of Open Dental is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
