Oversee, coordinate and execute the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.This also includes cleaning of the store, daily food preparation, supervising employees, ordering food inventory, making pizzas, running the oven, cutting and packaging pizzas and delivery of pizzas when necessary. Must assure all food rotation is being done in such a way to assure the freshest product is provided to our customers .Managers must understand all policies and procedures of Master Pizza.
