The Funding Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. We are currently seeking a results-driven manager with a passion for excellence for an exciting career opportunity. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2- 3 years demonstrated leadership abilities (casual dining a plus but not required).
Restaurant Managers report to the General Manager and assist in leading the operations of the restaurant and a team of 40 hourly associates. Applebee's managers work 5 day work weeks, 50 hours including nights, weekends and some holidays. Ideal candidate must have a commitment to quality and passion for exceptional guest service as well as the following skills/abilities:
