Job Summary

As a Funding Specialist, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the financial aspects of transactions, ensuring the smooth processing and completion of funding processes. Your duties include coordinating with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation, verify information, and navigate funding requirements. You will be instrumental in managing the funding process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and providing support to ensure timely and efficient funding operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Job Requirements

Manage the entire lifecycle of incoming sales orders, from initiation to fulfillment, which includes:

· Compiling and maintaining checklists for new orders.

· Ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurate and complete.

· Generating purchase orders for new equipment.

· Creating and distributing internal and external documentation.

· Collaborating with leasing companies to facilitate funding processes.

· Drafting all approved contracts.

Maintain and update the E-Automate database with additions, modifications, and corrections in coordination with the Sales, Administrative, and Service teams.

• This encompasses customer details, equipment information, leasing agreements, contracts, inventory, and other pertinent data.

• Produce buyout information as required by the Sales department.

• Prepare reports for the Vice President of Sales, including tracking expiring contracts for account reviews.

• Provide reports for the Chief Operating Officer, covering month-end, quarterly, and year-end closeouts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance roles.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
