Fundraising Coordinator jobs in Bremerton, WA

Primary Job Functions:

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Maintain service technician and estimator daily schedules
• Maintain customer database with current information
• Maintain service agreement files, including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials
• Maintain shop inventory of service parts, and stage parts for technicians to restock
• Clear and concise communication with customers, office personnel and service technicians as to schedules and requested lead times
• Review invoices for proper completion, that charges are accurate and payments were made
• Review timecards for accuracy and processing
• Research and order parts for special orders
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
• Computer skills
• High school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
