Fundraising Coordinator jobs in Moline, IL

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis
- Assist in the development and writing of proposals for funding opportunities
- Prepare financial reports and budgets for review by management
- Manage contracts
- Maintain databases and update records as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate projects and tasks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or degree in progress
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in grant proposal writing and financial report writing
- Proficiency in database management and data analysis
- Knowledge of contract management principles and practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and tools
- Experience with QuickBooks
