Fundraising Director directs an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Leads donor stewardship and relations to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Fundraising Director researches and identifies potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Fundraising Director uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Fundraising Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are seeking friendly, energetic, self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service, communication, time management, and organization skills to join our team as "Golf Event Specialists" and become part of the golf industry. As a "Specialist," you will work with golf course Pros, GMs, and charity golf event committees including Veterans, First Responders, community charities, schools, etc. to introduce them to our programs and enhance their events. You will organize and facilitate course fundraising opportunities and relationships to support our Veterans and First Responders as part of The Hero Program as well as new opportunities to support community events and charities through golf. You will serve as the main point of contact and expert resource for golf event organizers. You will have the opportunity to represent Krank Golf with sales and build and manage your own team if desired.
This is a unique commission based opportunity with several options to best meet your financial and personal goals.
Prior experience with planning golf tournaments, fundraising, sales, and event management is preferred.
