Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the world? Do you excel at building relationships and inspiring support for meaningful causes? We're seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and dedicated fundraising specialist to join our non-profit team and drive the mission forward!

Our fundraising is often generated through dinner parties, golf tournaments, special events, BBQ’s, and other fun, creative activities. We usually include raffles with prizes and we provide charitable 501(c)3 tax receipts to our donors.

We can help you create fundraising through monthly high-end dinner parties in the Las Vegas Underground Mansion. Together, we need to create recurring fundraising events, which will result in monthly income for the VTRC and for you!

>* Key Responsibilities:*

· Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet and exceed goals.

· Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to foster long-term support.

· Plan and execute engaging fundraising events and campaigns.

· Create compelling social media and fundraising marketing materials.

· Manage and interface with contacts and contributors.

· Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities and optimize existing efforts.

>* Qualifications:*

· Experience with developing and maintaining professional, business-related social media.

· Experience in fundraising, sales, event/party planning, or similar skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient with MS Office and Outlook for marketing and contact management.

· Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Genuine passion for the non-profit sector and its impact on our communities.

· Grant writing is also highly desired. We will assist with your grant writing training once you complete 6-months of successful fundraising.
